Your Personal Success Action Plan

06/11/2012
Your Personal Success Action Plan
Similar to business success, or a successful coaching session, personal success requires making a plan and sticking to it.
Most people don’t have a success system, they take little nuggets here and there to help them become a little bit more successful but not to the total success they want.
To achieve your goals you need to write, review and act on them and have a plan. It’s critical that once you decide what you want, you look at what the obvious steps would be to get there.
Sometimes things happen that are not part of the plan but by having one, taking action sets you in the right direction to personal success and it may make dealing with the unexpected easier.

Personal Success action plan

  1. What do I need to start doing now?
  2. What do I need to stop doing?
  3. What do I need to continue to do?
  4. What do I need to do more of?
  5. What do I need to do less of?
  6. What strengths can I draw on?
  7. What will I do to celebrate my success?

It’s worthwhile checking your progress in 30 days and then asking the  following questions :
What’s going well?
What do I need to do differently to achieve greater success?
What am I doing to keep my motivation high?
What am I learning about being successful?
Focus on your personal success and take positive action.
